Where are you located, and do you export?
We are based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. We are an export-focused manufacturer and regularly ship amusement rides to Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Central Asia. We can quote FOB or CIF to your nearest port.
What is the minimum order?
We can supply a single ride, but most customers order two or more rides or a themed set to make shipping more economical. Tell us your plan and we will advise the best mix.
How long is production and delivery?
Typical production lead time is 15–35 days depending on model and customisation, plus sea freight time to your port. We confirm exact dates in your quotation.
Can you customise the rides?
Yes. Voltage (220V / 380V), paint colours, theming, signage, seating capacity and control systems can all be tailored to your park and market. Send reference images or drawings and we will match them.
What about voltage and power supply?
Rides are available in AC 220V and AC 380V configurations. Tell us your country and site supply and we will configure the ride accordingly, including plugs and control panels.
How are the rides shipped and packed?
Rides are packed in modular sections for container or truck shipping, with protective wrapping and clearly marked components. We provide loading plans and can arrange shipping to your port.
Is installation difficult?
No — rides are designed to assemble on site with our technical drawings and manuals, plus remote guidance from our engineers. For larger projects we can discuss on-site installation support.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. We supply genuine spare parts and offer responsive after-sales support long after delivery, so your ride stays running season after season.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer. Details are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice.
